Tips for healthy teeth

  1. Brush your teeth twice daily. Before going to bed in the night and After breakfast in the morning.
  2. Use a soft or extra-soft tooth brush and brush your teeth in a circular motion. Change your brush not before 3 months and not later than 6 months.
  3. End your meal with fibrous food like salad (carrots or cucumber) to help cleanse your teeth.
  4. Avoid sticky food in the night. Always rinse your mouth well after every meal.
  5. Visit your dentist every 6 months. Get a scaling done every 6 months to 1 year.
  6. Attend to dental problems while they are small. Dental problems can become very painful and expensive to treat if unattended at the right time.
